"It Is Finished" - Among merchants when a price is paid, among workers when their tasks were complete, among shepherds and priests when they found a perfect sheep for sacrifice. Jesus utters it after fulfilling all these and more. Just prior to entering our 3 message series on Advent, our Journey through the Gospel of John brings us to a fitting reminder of the purpose for which the "Sweet Little Jesus Boy" was born.
